dstart with siteconfig, is it blank showing a successful build or does
it show an error with dstart and have you checked the
$WIENROOT/SRC_dstart/compile.msg?

The program dstart is not there.
Who installed WIEN2k ??? Did you read the messages in

Also i checked the output files.Both the files you mentioned exists
and contain the symmetry operations.
