the point here is I link the countries that have a border with another country
with including the length of the border

with commas it's no Problem, but when you have a list of Numbers then you need
something else for seperating, and then it could be that the information is
very hard to edit

Do you really think that's easier than just using commas? All the web-mail
sites use commas with autocompletion for adding to the To: and Cc: fields, for
instance.
