Currently the AbuseLog and similar pages with per user lookup features do not
normalize the name to capitalize the first letter or trim trailing whitespace.
These operations, which are pretty standard on other user search boxes, should
be added since it is confusing to not find the log because of a trailing spaces
in the name, etc.
