A patch to complete translations and corrections for existing types, special
properties, and namespaces in the Hebrew language file.
The Hebrew language support file is incomplete. Several types, special
properties, and the like still have their English names, and some other
properties are still in the wrong "number." Worse yet, certain necessary
enhancements to make the Date datatype function properly are not even
mentioned.
