I remember someone complaining about this in chat awhile ago, so i'm leaving
this here if they go searching.
Basically using advanced searches for two or more keywords don't work, to work
around this run the search as per normal then strip "&keywords_type=allwords"
from the url.
For Example:
* Broken
> https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/buglist.cgi?keywords=patch%2C%20need-review&query_format=advanced&keywords_type=allwords&order=Bug%20Number&resolution=---
* Working
> https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/buglist.cgi?keywords=patch%2C%20need-review&query_format=advanced&order=Bug%20Number&resolution=---
