Please modify MediaWiki so that [[MediaWiki:sp-contributions-footer]] and
[[MediaWiki:sp-contributions-footer-anon]] show up at the top of user
contributions pages, not the bottom. This would make more users notice the
availability of the useful tools shown in that box.
