Why does the interwikimap not contain ckb:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=interwikimap
whereas it's evidently a valid interlanguage prefix:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&prop=langlinks&titles=User:Lupo/ct
