There are a few more reports of similar problems, so I guess this never got
fixed.
I still haven't been able to reproduce the issue, though.

Sadly, after I ate, the bug no longer appeared. My current best suggested fix
is delicious tacos, but other than that it appears to be a heisenbug, only
appearing when you aren't
