i can confirm that virt1000 (wikitech) can talk UDP to argon. checked with
netcat
the wiki config of wikitech is not currently puppetized though and it would
need additional config

AFAIUI at the main cluster $wgRCFeeds is set up to send recent changes via UDP
to ekrem.pmtpa. Is ekrem.pmtpa reachable by UDP from wikitech? In that case,
