Although the Opera Mini browser works okay with Digi Malaysia that are set
exclusively for Opera Mini use, it fails with other operators.
Telenor Montenegro has reported that Opera Mini does not show any Wikipedia
Zero behavior but using other browsers on their phone will work fine.
