Heya,
I was an administrator of bugzilla until Mark Hershberger left the foundation.
I would like to request these permissions again because I found them useful
while maintaining wikimedia labs and huggle products, including some additional
programs which are tracked here. I would like to move some other sw from google
code tracker to bugzilla as well in the future. I can also help with other
stuff, like bugs clean ups / vandalism on bugzilla cleaning etc, if it was
needed.
