Images that are added to articles on local wikis via the lead photo upload
workflow do not appear to contain any edit summary, though other mobile edits
are properly tagged and summaried. A few examples:

(compare this edit:

to the others that the user made via mobile)

There should be an "Added image to article [Via Mobile]" edit summary.
