I believe this is a typo. Marking a bug as a blocker of itself would be a bit

Reedy, why did you mark bug 43668 as blocker? You want to disable miser mode
altogether for small wikis (to update pages dynamically)? If yes this should be
clearer in the summary.

What are they? [[mw:Manual:$wgMiserMode]] lists none: it only says that it
enables caching of all query pages; and that $wgDisableQueryPages and
$wgDisable
