Oh well, I guess this wouldn't fit under "Wikimedia Labs" in Bugzilla as that
does not host components for separate projects under Labs, but Labs
infrastructure issues themselves.

Wikimedia > Wikidata would be okay but not "wmf-deployment" within there.
