I think it has something to do with the length of the string before the colon.
Have a look, this one makes an Error:

Note that the URL length is the URI-decoded portion. Replacing ΓΌ with u still
shows the problem.

Hi,
i found a workaround for this problem. If I disable the memcache everything
works fine. The Error Occurs if the memcache is too slow. The real Error occurs
in MessageCache.php line 339:
