You are completely new to Wikimedia
You go to index.php?title=Special:UploadWizard&campaign=foobar (logged out)
while following a link.
There is a big button saying «Create an account» (nice!).
However, after you finished the account creation, you are sent to the Main
page, not to continue the upload at that campaign :(
