Khmer at Google fonts and KhmerOS looks different to me. Atleast, both have
different licenses. Can anyone from community confirm this?

Thanks Vantharith for the clarification. There is now already a patch to add
Hanuman fonts. I will probably wait for Kartik (assigned for this bug) to
comment on how he will be handling the removals.
