Edit summaries for edits that create a claim pointing to another entity show no
value in recentchanges. Example:

(diff | hist) . . Vandeins (Q327991)‎; 23:26 . . (+251)‎ . . ‎Poulpy (talk |
contribs)‎ (‎Created claim: shares border with (P47):)

At the end of the summary, the references item should be shown, using the label
or, if not possible, the ID.
