Overall, the Bugzilla skin is wonderful, but it has a few oddities that I'd
really like to see addressed at some point:
* the search bar isn't properly positioned
* the login links aren't properly positioned
** may make sense to split out the link to /userprefs.cgi to a "Preferences"
link
* missing per-bug tabs
** particularly a "View history" tab, which is really easy to overlook in the
current interface
These changes would make the overall experience much closer to Vector.
