This is likely due to UTC, but there are better ways of perhaps displaying the
date in the "Created" column within the reports of Wikimetrics.
Specifically, I just tried to download a cohort, and it tells me I created it
"Tomorrow at 1:20 AM." It would be great if this just had a date, even if it
isn't the same as MY current date... or at the very least, it would be nice to
specify UTC.
