I'd rather delay deployment by a couple of weeks than risk causing needless
drama. The changes are not urgent enough to rush the process, and having the
RfC run to completion solidifies things.

When merged, autopatrollers also need to be removed. As opposed to do this on
wiki through a bot or so, could this be done through the database instead?
