According to the original bug description nothing is broken now.
The RT is about enabling Mathoid that outputs MathML and SVG-fallback.

My impression is that reviews happen just occassionaly. The coding of Math2.0
was finished at 5th of October 2013. Only a fraction has been reviewed yet.
