Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a page in VE - insert an image and apply a link from Media Settings.
The link will be applied and displayed.
2. Click on the image to highlight it - notice that in toolbar the link option
will become active(or you can use a shortcut to open the link inspector).
3. Edit(or delete entirely the link to the image) - click on 'Done', the
displayed image link will not be affected.
Expected: either of 1) image links should be edited only from Media settings or
2) image links can be edited with the toolbar link inspector.
