Hi @qgil, after the discussion at our quarterly review, I think the release
team needs to focus on their core tasks first. I don't see that we can take on
this one for now. What we could do, though, is, go to the MediaWiki Cooperation

We got a good speed while Brena was around but then I got quite swamped (ahem,
with Phabricator among other things) and there hasn't been much movement in
half year or so.
I wonder whether we could join forces with the Wiki-Relea
