Hoi, I find it interesting that some do not need to see the result of what they do. What it tells me is that they deal with collections, big amounts of data that like stamp collections are dumped in Wikidata. What is the point of such? I consider them prime examples of what can be set aside. I do

Hello all, While cleaning (reviewing and rewriting) the code of Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons backend in October 2019, The Wikidata team at WMDE together with WMF worked on reducing the loading time of pages. We managed to reduce the loading time of every Wikidata page by about 0.1-0.2 seconds. T

Oh, wow, I just tried that out too, and indeed, it used to be possible to link to the L-number very quickly if I remember correctly, but now this is not the case anymore. Weirdly enough, the SPARQL endpoint got updated with the new Lexeme very quickly. So I think these two things are not related.
