Actually, we want to keep a standard common set of extensions on wikis, so forget the Topic: namespace and find a new name.
You don't want to use Flow right now, this is acceptable, but to introduce knowingly and consciously a namespace conflict isn't a best practice

I've discussed the issue with French Wikidata users, they expect to be able
to use WDQ as a part of maintenance / mass edit tasks, so a long caching period
would prevent this use.

For African languages, that could be fine, our ucfirst message comply with
localization rules and is language specific.
For pKa, this is more annoying. Labels don't have properties, so, we can't mark
them intentionally lowercase.
