with the browser spinner going round and the mouse-over message
"waiting for
1. Put mouse over list
2. Scroll "a pixel" up and down
Autolist only gets the visible labels, since a single list can have 10K
items, which would be a bunch to get at one time.

Autolist (at least for me) seems to have got very very slow at
retrieving labels & links.
eg -- I recently opened up a set of searches in five tabs, none of them
returning more than 40 hits, and it was still "getting labels" five
minutes later.
