You are right, the header should be correct. There seems to be a long-lasting
issue in Apache HttpClient
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-923), dating back to a
disambiguity in an old Netcape cookie spec.

The header is not generated by the query service but probably is added
by Varnish. Not
