I found that implementing this is rather easy, thus I quickly hacked it up (and verified it manually, it doesn't discard parser cache entries). My patch is not polished and there are some remaining issues (especially regarding the timing with RefreshlinksJobs, but that's solvab

That's becuase they are in the special group per the Wikidata setting while they are in their own groups in the database: species, wikidata etc.
