Depends on which functionality you want to keep. If 100% of it, no other triple store has it out of the box. Some might be possible to amend to have some of it.

When a constraint check is executed for an Item the result will be stored and the old result for that Item will be deleted.

Here the solution is not clear. If Blazegraph is having problems, Updater can't do much about it. Retrying in this case probably won't help much as if Blazegraph is stuck on some OOM problem, it will remain stuck at least short term (within our retry horizon). I could see
