I guess there could be a title prefix search for senses. I am pretty sure it's possible to search for it this way right now, but it's not part of wbsearchentities. I wonder if it should be part of wbsearchentities or some different/additional search that GUI

It looks like the entire run now finishes in the wee hours of Friday morning. This is much better. I'm sure with the rapid growth of wikidata we'll have to revisit this in the future but for now...

I agree with showing the language too.
Personally I already find the sense in brackets as part of the link confusing because I keep thinking someone put the gloss in the lemma. With language fallback, it's even worse, since the language name of the text inside the brackets

I think the most important is the lemma, so I would put it first. But I'm not sure on how not mix the gloss and the language:
