An issue to consider is user may often copy the displayed URL to address bar,
Wikipedia, and other URL field. If the URL contain double encoded character
(%2520) it will be changed to single encoded (%20) and will break the URL if
copied as displayed.

The LexemeLanguageNameLookup feature originally are supposed to used to
override the localization of `mis` code from cldr, but later also used to
support other language codes, which should be moved to cldr LocalNames. Maybe
we no longer need a dedicated group

My opinion: sitelink only provides 1-1 relationship and there may be use
cases for multiple objects for same topic. Though Wikifunction team does expect
some non-redundancy <https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Wikifunctions:Valuable>
for this.

I will oppose reusing wbsearchentities. Since EntitySchema can be installed
without depending on any part of Wikibase software, using an endpoint defined
in Wikibase is a bad idea. Instead what I propose is make the core UI pluggable
with custom-defined

One thing to consider is that the implementation of EntitySchema is
intentionally very decoupled from Wikibase, and does not use any of its code.
Therefore it is conceptually wrong to assume a wikibase-entityid
datavalue-type, which are for things like items

Personally I will oppose `wikibase-entityid` since EntitySchema is not a type
of **Wikibase** entity. EntitySchema is a completely independent extension.
