Can someone explain to me how this happened? I'm not seeing any code that tried to pass a string to the constructor of MediaWikiPageNameNormalizer. The line number in the error message also doesn't quite match... I'm confused.TASK DETAILhttps://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T138
