I assume that’s due to this aspect (quoting from the commit message):
Uses Wikimedia Germany office coordinates in error case.

@Jonas: while testing it, I noticed two things:
when I run this query, the browser asks me for my location, if I click on "don't allow", the query runs with my location anyway
on mobile (Android 8.1, Chrome) the browser doesn't ask me permission and directly incl
