There was an attempt to revive the tool by: 1. cloning the repository and uploading it to a temporary web-accessible location (currently https://tools.wmflabs.org/primerpedia/PPP-Wikidata-SPARQL/www/) 2. running `composer install` in that directory. Unfortunately, that wasn't sufficient to get the tool to work. The problems were detailed in a bug report, issue #4 <https://github.com/ProjetPP/PPP-Wikidata-SPARQL/issues/4>. Additionally, a README was proposed in PR #3 <https://github.com/ProjetPP/PPP-Wikidata-SPARQL/pull/3>. It is currently undergoing review.
