TASK DESCRIPTION
Originally these two patches where part of T148626: [Task] EntityIdValues should be formatted as local wiki links in Wikitext output:
Both patches have been removed from the chain, and T148626 got closed without ever looking back at these two patches. Both patches are still blocked with -1, but no clear way forward.
These patches represent technical depth: I build a chain of patches that introduced not-so-nice workarounds, and immediately solved this in the next patches in the same chain. But this got kicked out, just leaving bad code, which we decided (?) to ignore since then.
I started an alternative approach, but nobody cared either:
