TASK DESCRIPTION
As far as I can tell, the WBQC Travis CI build has been failing across all six job types ever since commit d5f943f032e67243fd7a9beb22994c759207f4ca (build #131) with the following error:
Call to undefined function WikibaseQuality\ConstraintReport\Tests\Specials\SpecialConstraintReport\both() in …/tests/phpunit/Specials/SpecialConstraintReportTest.php on line 169
The previous build, build #130, only failed in one job; previous builds from #92 to #129 errored in the PHP 5.3 jobs but succeeded in the other jobs.
Assigning Aleksey for now because he made the commit and I don’t know enough about Hamcrest to understand what could cause the error.
