TASK DESCRIPTION
In order to test that moving wikidatawiki on production to s8 will not break things, we have thought of moving one non-user impacting wiki first to test everything is ok. Testwiki would be one, testwikidatawiki would be ideal because it would be closer to the real wikidata.
We (DBAs) need help from someone with mediawiki or wikidata knowledge to supervise the configuration changes and additional testing to make sure things that potentially would be hardcoded like monitoring still works. This would give us enough confidence to move wikidatawiki to its own dedicated shard.
