TASK DESCRIPTION
I am working with a fresh MediaWiki-Vagrant instance with the wikidata role applied.
I've created a new item Q1, and would like to add one or more sitelinks. The docs state that the wikidata role sets up the rest of the configured wikis as clients of wikidatawiki, but when attempting to add a sitelink, I'm not provided with any wikis to link:

Is additional manual configuration required, or is this a bug in the Vagrant role?
