TASK DESCRIPTION <James_F> Interesting question from Stas – is WDQS in scope for the Pipeline work? What about Cirrus? They're both seriously heavy data users, and not on sca/scb, so I said no, but… <James_F> Is there a long-term vision? <bd808> Moving stateful data services into k8s seems far off <bd808> CirrusSearch is a MediaWiki extension, so it follows that path. The backing elasticsearch data store is another thing though. <bd808> I'm not sure how the WDQS parts fit. The graph db would be like elasticsearch or mariadb. The web frontend for that though if it is separate from the graph db could probably move. We should have an answer to this question, even if it's just "we don't know yet, let's re-visit in six months' time" or whatever.
