TASK DESCRIPTION I am observing a delay of tens of seconds to a full minute between an edit being made on test.wikidata.org and the time it appears in RecentChanges (page & API). This breaks some integration tests in WDQS, but also it sounds weird since test.wikidata does not have hight volume of edits, and never had such huge delays before. Is there some change or some problem that is causing this?
