TASK DESCRIPTION In T229482: PHP Warning: Wikibase\Lib\Store\Sql\WikiPageEntityRevisionLookup::getEntityRevision: Entity not loaded <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T229482> (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/+/527015/7) we flipped logging an error from `warning` to `debug` level. It was done temporarily to unblock the train, and a follow up on it was meant to be carried on. One follow up we declined was to make that error logging configurable T229574: Make logging warning or info of not finding entity for revision configurable <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T229574> so that Wikidata can set it to `warning` level again (since that case should never happen there) and MediaInfo can keep it to default `debug` level where the code path can be reached legitimately. We decided instead to revert back to keep it always at `warning` level (or equivalent), and instead handle the special MediaInfo case in that extension itself. Before we can move forward with that decision, we need to coordinate with MediaInfo team about their part which must as well be done first to avoid resurfacing the issue again in their production.
