TASK DESCRIPTION When an item is created automatically because of a new sitelink, the label from no.wikipedia is set in the language 'no', while it should be set in 'nb'. An example: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q19599600&diff=204532898&oldid=204532863 Ideally, everything that is done on Wikidata in language 'no' should be set to 'nb' instead, since the codes are synonyms (internally in Wikimedia, that is), and 'no' really shouldn't be used at all.
