Nikki added a comment. Some ideas: 1: Search lexemes if the search string starts with `L:` (along the lines of Special:Search), so `wd:female` would find things like Q6581072 and `wd:L:female` would find things like L5067. 2: Use `L:` as a search trigger and replace it with `wd:` at
