TASK DESCRIPTION As a mismatch reviewer I want to see the error message close to the "apply changes" button in order to not miss the error message at the top of the page. **Problem:** Right now we are showing errors during review submission at the top of the page instead of below the results table. These errors are too easy to miss. We should show them in line with the "Apply changes" button.
