call back to their service. Doing so on a Wikimedia wiki would be in violation

just got confused a little bit between Person Q215627 and Human Q5 classes
in the Person page https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q215627 it's written not
for use with P31, instead use Q5 human , if so what's the usage of the
Person class ?
