I am quite interested in uploading materials in Hindi on wikieducator. I
have already translated the Hindi version of India page. However, i am
constraint from working further as the Hindi writing tool is not available
on wikieducator and i have to go in an indirect way to write i

I agree Expertiza looks interesting. However, on doing a web search, all I can
find is research reports, presentations, etc. and pages to log in to the system
at NC State Univ. It does not appear to be publicly available, nor is the
source code available.
