I agree with the principle. That being said, it is up to the local
organizers to interpret it to some extent. Many monument photos have not
been identified by the uploader because they couldn't find their way in the
lists - and they were later identified by the volunteers. In my opini

I just noticed I have received on my Commons talk page the "Thank you"
message for participating in WLM.
The message is (correctly) displayed in Italian but when I click on
the survey link I get the English version of the survey.

pages, and posted their photos in our Facebook account only through that he
noticed he was a finalist and communicated with us.
