In my tools, I use to link to an official site, in the occurrences of "Wiki
Loves Monuments" expression.
This year I'm not sure where to point to, because
http://www.wikilovesmonuments.org seems "abandoned". I'm sure that that

Ireland started earlier at 23 August.
Mexico is not in the list of participating countries, so does not take
part. I removed the Wiki Loves Monuments template from the two pictures
from Mexico.
