I used Ilya's tool this year for first time and I was limited by some
functionalities, but I survived.

The biggest point is that the grants will change after the 30th June. The
rapid grant (until 2'000 dollars) is at the moment the most feasible
solution but probably insufficient for

In switzerland is not so much complicated to have support from the
administration. The problem is that they would not waste their time and
they have great expectations. As soon they feel that those two points are

is IODL (Italian Open Data License) which is compatible with cc-by-sa 3.0
and ODbL (Open Database License).
